I finally finished it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve been talking about this eBay automation tool for weeks now, and honestly there were several points where I wasn’t sure if I was ever going to get it working the way I wanted. Every time I solved one problem, I seemed to create another one. I’d get an idea, build it, realize it wasn’t going to work, scrap it, and start over. I probably changed directions three or four times throughout the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But it’s finally done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tool now lives on my phone as its own app. The workflow is pretty simple. I take pictures with my iPhone like I normally would and then upload them into the app. I can upload one photo or several photos at a time. If there’s anything I want the AI to know, I can leave it a quick note. After that, the AI creates the listing for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There’s still a review step because I don’t trust AI enough to let it post things completely unsupervised. I can review the title, description, pricing, shipping information, item specifics, and make any changes I want. Once everything looks good, I hit a button and it gets posted directly to my eBay account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m really excited about this one because listing inventory has always been one of the biggest bottlenecks in my business. If this works as well as I think it will, it should save me a ridiculous amount of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Outside of that, I spent a lot of time working on projects at my job. I created several new templates and finished a few projects that I plan on rolling out this week. One of them is a tool that helps automate paperwork reviews. It’s still new, but I think it has the potential to save a lot of time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Honestly, I’m exhausted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It’s been one of those stretches where it feels like I’ve been building nonstop. The good news is that a lot of the projects I’ve been working on are no longer ideas. They’re finished. Now I get to find out whether all this work actually pays off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
