They are way too young but right now it looks like this is the only move that I have at my disposal. I\u2019m currently in the process of trying to lower the insurance cost on this same property as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also have to call the mortgage company for one of my other rentals because it looks like my escrow is way too high. I\u2019m also going to reach them to see how I can request to remove the PMI on that mortgage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My goal for next week:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To have the room rented out at the apopka house<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact the mortgage company about the escrow<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request removal of pmi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoy my vacation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So lately I\u2019ve been taking some losses.
