After working on that rental property for over a month and a half, I needed to take a break. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The year is coming to a close soon, and I\u2019ve been planning for 2025. I genuinely want 2025 to be the year with the most growth for me. I mean that in every aspect of my life. From wealth and health, to family and experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Currently, the property I was working on has been rented out and the tenants have already moved in. It feel good to finally be done with that. The property that is currently in apopka is still having issues in the room that I rented out to the newest tenant. It looks like the window might be having a leak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I went to the apopka house yesterday to get some measurements. I\u2019m planning to see if there is any possible way that I can create an efficiency in the back patio. This will be in the works for next year. I\u2019m not saying I\u2019m going to do it, but I just want to see if I can get some quotes and if it\u2019s possible. This is one of my ideas on turning this cash negative property into a cash positive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
While I was there, the tenant told me that there was a rainstorm that caused the downstairs to flood. It turns out that the door is a bit loose and you have to lift it up to get it to close properly. I let him know so now he\u2019s aware and he\u2019ll pass the message to the other tenants. So now here is my list of things to fix in that property:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Im not sure if ill have someone come in and do that job or if ill do it myself. As of now, I am completely 50\/50 on it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\u2019ve decided I will wait until the new year to focus and obtaining my funeral director\u2019s license. For now I\u2019m going to enjoy the holiday and just plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have this idea that I\u2019m working on and I\u2019m still trying to put all the pieces together. Certain parts of it have been successful while others have not. Yesterday I just received proof of concept on one aspect of my venture. This is great news, even though I still don\u2019t know how profitable this idea can be. I went ahead with another part of that plan last night as well. I paid $133 dollars just to see if this works out. I probably won\u2019t know for about a month and a half if this will work, or if I might be getting scammed lolz. Only time will tell. In the meantime, there\u2019s other parts of this venture that I need to keep testing to see if it will be worth it. There are a lot of moving parts and I\u2019m trying to figure out how to structure the whole thing and where I can find clients. If I can pull this off, this will be a great victory in my path to a million dollar net worth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As far as my media plans, I have not done much. I finished uploading all the videos I had to my Amazon influencer page. The next part of my plan will probably not come into lay until the beginning of January. I\u2019m waiting until I get paid this month from Amazon so that I could use some of those proceeds to purchase other software that can improve my products videos, as well as help elevate the YouTube page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As for my personal YouTube page, my videos suck. This is expected because I\u2019m not trying to spend a lot of time doing video edits. I\u2019m also not really good at this content creation thing right now. Once I get to a point where I can dedicate more time to this, I\u2019ll start to get better as I make more content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
