I stopped posting my daily updates because I\u2019m pretty much already at the end of the house. I have a few minor things to do on the house, but it\u2019s clean enough to advertise now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Im trying to rent it out for 2100 right now, it seems like it\u2019s a bit difficult. I\u2019m not really that stressed because I\u2019m don\u2019t have the rental house looking the way I want to yet. Over the past few days, I\u2019ve probably worked a total of 5 hours on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Total hours worked on house: 90 hours, approximately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Other issues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I haven\u2019t been able to go to rental property 3 yet. But after I finish renting this house out, that will be the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This past weekend I had one of my other tenants about property 1 and tell me that the water was coming out way too hot. So on Monday I went over there to lower the temperature on the water heater. Then they called me back and said the water was not cold at all. I had them adjust it and they said they had no hot water any more. So today, after work, I went straight over there to change the thermostat. Lucky for me, I just heard from the tenant a little while ago and they said they had hot water. So that was an easy fix, even though it did make me lose out on a day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Affiliate Marketing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I decided to go into the affiliate marketing game with Amazon being the only source of income right now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n My goal for the rest of the year is to upload all my Amazon influencer videos to my YouTube channel. Currently I have 67 subscribers there, but I\u2019m curious to see where I end up after I upload all the videos I have to it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I\u2019ve been experimenting with some AI apps and the things I\u2019ve been able to do are incredible. This thing is getting better and better by the month. So I think after I finish uploading all the YouTube videos, I\u2019m going to start incorporating AI into my videos. I\u2019m just really cautious of money right now, so I want to stabilize myself first before I start spending on software. <\/p>\n\n\n\n I received some bitter sweet news at work as well. But we\u2019ll see how things play out in after the new year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Anyway, that\u2019s all I got for now. I have an extensive to do list that I need to get to before the end of this week. So I wish myself luck. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Oh!! My case with the insurance company also came to a stettlement as well. I received the news today. I had decided that I wanted to end the case as soon as possible, so it came to a settlement where I get my court fees and attorney fees paid by them and both parties walk away. I need to get those releasing documents signed and I\u2019ll be good to go. The main point of this was to end the case quickly so I could look for a new insurance company. Currently, I\u2019m paying way too much and I can\u2019t even price shop until this case settled.
