It is a Saturday but it is my weekend to work, so instead of going straight to the house like I would\u2019ve liked, I had to make sure I took care of things at my job first. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today\u2019s job was to paint. For 4 hours all I did was paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These rooms are disgusting. I don\u2019t understand how some parents let their kids draw all over the walls and put glue and other junk all over it. The paint and primer I\u2019m using has got me down from 4 to 5 coats all the way to 2. It was originally covered with stains everywhere. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>What I accomplished today<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Painted the hallway and one of the 3 rooms at the rental house. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Did some miscellaneous work such as caulk some cracks in the kitchen, and remove a strip of drywall. Prepping for when I have to go and start working on the kitchen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uploaded 7 YouTube videos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And also, there\u2019s a tenant that keeps bothering me about a FEMA application. He\u2019s been very shady so I\u2019m not sure if this relationship is going to last long. If he pays rent then I\u2019ll keep him there, if he tries some bullshit then I\u2019m going to have to get him out of investment property 3. He\u2019s testing my patience, but for now I\u2019m trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Mainly because I have other things I\u2019m dealing with right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On another note: Next week is my mom\u2019s birthday so now I want to make sure I finish the investment property this week. Come next Saturday I\u2019d like to have it up on the market. In other words, this week is going to be a long and tough one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total hours worked: 4 hours <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Total hours worked on rental: 41.5 hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tomorrow<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I have to go to work again<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After work, meet parents at the rental house. My stepdad and I are going to take down the last piece of the old fence and put up a new one. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload 5 YouTube videos if possible to the product channel. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If possible, I want to try to make a new video for the main channel. That\u2019s assuming the fence is up at a decent time.
