I want to talk through my net worth because there was a stretch that didn’t make sense to me for a while. Right now I’m sitting at about 360k, but the range that always confused me was how I went from roughly 260–265k to around 315k. I was stuck in that 260 range for what … Read more

Networth: $360k Back on February 5th, I decided to run a very small resale experiment at Goodwill. I bought four items for a total of $33 just to see if I could turn it into a profit. It wasn’t meant to be anything serious, just a quick test to understand the process better. It took … Read more

Current networth: 360k It’s been tough to stay consistent with this log lately. I’m still trying to figure out better systems for how I run everything, and right now things feel pretty disorganized. Life is moving fast. It’s almost May, but it still feels like January. Time has been flying, which I guess makes sense … Read more

Yesterday I officially crossed the $20,000 in 90 days mark on eBay. All of this is crazy to me right now. So much so that sometimes I open my wallet bat account just to see my 90 day total. Is this sustainable? I honestly don’t know, but I have to keep riding this way for … Read more

Three months into the year and nothing has been posted. This idea has turned out to be more work than expected. That … Read more

This past weekend, I went out to my Apopka rental with a clear objective: put in at least 20 hours of real work and make measurable progress. There were a handful of things I had been putting off, and this was my opportunity to close those loops. The main focus was the upstairs door. It … Read more

It has been a while since the last update, and a lot has happened across media, real estate, business, and personal growth. Some areas moved forward, others slowed down, but overall the direction is still the same. Build, improve, and keep pushing. Media Updates I missed my monthly YouTube update for February. I considered going … Read more

Last week came with progress, setbacks, and a few reminders that business rarely moves in a straight line. First, I was able to receive the car back from the mechanic. Unfortunately, it was still having issues, so I had to take it back again. Not ideal, but part of handling responsibilities. Problems do not disappear … Read more
