YouTube: Stalled, but Not Dead

The product channel for Amazon is sitting at 314 subscribers, up from 280 in january.
On paper, that looks like progress. In reality, there have been zero uploads. Three months into the year and nothing has been posted.
This idea has turned out to be more work than expected. That says a lot, because going into it, the expectation was already that it would be difficult. Still, it has not been abandoned. It is just sitting idle while other parts of the business take priority.
Real Estate: Stable, With Active Improvements

The rental side is mostly stable.
All tenants are caught up on rent except for one. The condo tenant still owes $200 from the security deposit.
At the Apopka house, progress is finally being made.
The upstairs door that had been sitting unfinished is now fully touched up. The exposed wood was painted and sealed to protect it from weather. The backyard was cleaned, and all leftover junk was removed.
There was also an issue with the washer. A service call led to finding a new appliance contact, who sold and installed a replacement. It is now working without problems.
Looking ahead, April will be focused on the roof. Materials have already cost $2,500. The plan is to complete the work with help from a friend and figure it out along the way.
Business Performance: Stronger Than Expected

eBay: $5,254.01
Performance here exceeded expectations. The number is higher than anticipated, and it confirms that this channel is working.
The challenge now is scaling. Time is the bottleneck. There is no desire to hire yet. The focus is on building a system first, then expanding.
Etsy: $1,687
Revenue doubled compared to January. The store is currently running on just two products with multiple variations, which makes the result more interesting.
There is clear room to expand here.
Amazon: $282.84
Lower than expected. External factors may be playing a role, but there is not enough data yet to draw a strong conclusion.
Personal: Time Is the Constraint
Time continues to be the biggest constraint.
There is not enough of it to do everything that needs to get done. Tradeoffs are happening.
Working out has completely stopped. That time has been redirected into the business and, at times, into sleep when needed.
There are also things at home that have been pushed off. That needs to be corrected.
Moving Forward: April Focus

April has a clear set of priorities.
The roof at the Apopka rental needs to get done. That is the main physical project.
On the business side, the goal is to finish listing everything currently sitting in inventory on eBay. Once that is complete, opening a store becomes the next step. Others are listing 20 items a day. That pace should be achievable.
Etsy needs more attention. The current results are coming from only two products, which means there is still a lot of untapped potential.
There is also growing interest in AI. The intention is to learn and experiment, but realistically, it will only happen if the core tasks are completed first.
And finally, there is the home. Getting caught up on chores is not optional. It needs to be handled.
Progress is not perfect, but it is real.
