I haven’t had a chance to write in a while and I was supposed to start this year. Too much going on. But I want to log in some entries so that I can at least know if the day was a success or not.
So for today, this is what was accomplished:
I went to work and worked a 10 hour shift. Yesterday I did as well. Need to work more hours to achieve financial goal for the year and replenish savings account after purchasing wife a car.
I received confirmation that my LLC has been registered and I applied for my EIN
Prospect tenants called to confirm that they are in fact taking the condo. Agreed to meet up somewhere this Friday to sign lease, give keys, and obtain security deposit.
Set up business email and completed synchronization to phone. I need a brand new email that has been stripped of all the scam and marketing emails.
Filed application for a business bank account and it is currently in review
Set up new system I want to try out for my real estate properties to see if it simplifies bookkeeping , saves me time, and keeps me organized.
Drew up tenants lease to have ready for Friday

Today, I messaged the guy that was supposed to fix my dryer. Whether he fixes it or not, cut him off. Waiting for response.
