Yesterday felt like an average day overall. It wasn’t too productive, but it wasn’t bad either. By 8 p.m., I was already exhausted and ended up going to bed before 10, which might have been what I needed.
The morning started with basketball. I played six games—won three, lost three—so I finished with a .500 record. The real highlight, though, was after the games when I tried to touch the rim and actually did it. That’s been on my bucket list for a while, and it felt great to finally check it off. I didn’t think I’d get back to that point again, so it’s a small but meaningful victory. My left Achilles is feeling a little sore now, so I plan on taking the next few days off to recover.
Work was normal, nothing out of the ordinary. When I got home, I didn’t do much at all. I checked on some packages from inventory orders and refunds that are in transit, but that was about it. On the bright side, I had an $81 day on Amazon Influencer, which I haven’t seen in a long time. That small win helped make the day feel a little more worthwhile.
Lastly, I’ve been doing a lot of mental planning when it comes to my families short term future. I spoke to a couple of coworkers and I might have some future tenants available for my upcoming vacancies. I have my condo that I’ll be renting out if I move, and a lease that’s up in March next year with a tenant that said he’s almost certainly moving.
