First Day of October

Yesterday slipped by without writing, and I honestly can’t recall much of what I got done. Today, however, I remember clearly.

I started the morning with basketball and a light workout, taking advantage of my day off work. With the extra time, I managed to get a lot done. I went to the post office twice to ship out orders, recorded five Amazon videos, and made one video for my AI YouTube channel. By the evening, I uploaded everything, so those are all live now. I also worked on my books, set up my October budget, and outlined two new YouTube videos.

I reviewed my net worth as well. Closing out the third quarter, I stand at $337,000, which according to Grok places me in the 92nd percentile among 32-year-olds. That was motivating to see. On the real estate side, my tenants in rental #2 let me know they plan to leave when their lease expires, possibly sooner. The good news is they’ll continue covering expenses and even have friends from out of state interested in moving in, which should make the turnover smooth.

September was a strong month overall, and I’m hoping October turns out even better. From the way today went, I believe it can be.
