Almost at the finish line

I stopped posting my daily updates because I’m pretty much already at the end of the house. I have a few minor things to do on the house, but it’s clean enough to advertise now.

Im trying to rent it out for 2100 right now, it seems like it’s a bit difficult. I’m not really that stressed because I’m don’t have the rental house looking the way I want to yet. Over the past few days, I’ve probably worked a total of 5 hours on it.

Total hours worked on house: 90 hours, approximately.

Other issues

I haven’t been able to go to rental property 3 yet. But after I finish renting this house out, that will be the next step.

This past weekend I had one of my other tenants about property 1 and tell me that the water was coming out way too hot. So on Monday I went over there to lower the temperature on the water heater. Then they called me back and said the water was not cold at all. I had them adjust it and they said they had no hot water any more. So today, after work, I went straight over there to change the thermostat. Lucky for me, I just heard from the tenant a little while ago and they said they had hot water. So that was an easy fix, even though it did make me lose out on a day.

Affiliate Marketing

I decided to go into the affiliate marketing game with Amazon being the only source of income right now.

My goal for the rest of the year is to upload all my Amazon influencer videos to my YouTube channel. Currently I have 67 subscribers there, but I’m curious to see where I end up after I upload all the videos I have to it.

I’ve been experimenting with some AI apps and the things I’ve been able to do are incredible. This thing is getting better and better by the month. So I think after I finish uploading all the YouTube videos, I’m going to start incorporating AI into my videos. I’m just really cautious of money right now, so I want to stabilize myself first before I start spending on software.

I received some bitter sweet news at work as well. But we’ll see how things play out in after the new year.

Anyway, that’s all I got for now. I have an extensive to do list that I need to get to before the end of this week. So I wish myself luck.

Oh!! My case with the insurance company also came to a stettlement as well. I received the news today. I had decided that I wanted to end the case as soon as possible, so it came to a settlement where I get my court fees and attorney fees paid by them and both parties walk away. I need to get those releasing documents signed and I’ll be good to go. The main point of this was to end the case quickly so I could look for a new insurance company. Currently, I’m paying way too much and I can’t even price shop until this case settled. My prerogative is to make this cash negative property cash flow!
