Time to catch up on some writing

It’s been tough to stay consistent with this log lately. I’m still trying to figure out better systems for how I run everything, and right now things feel pretty disorganized. Life is moving fast. It’s almost May, but it still feels like January. Time has been flying, which I guess makes sense because I’ve been spending a lot of it locked in and focused.

That said, this has been an epic month so far. eBay alone is about to hit around 10k in revenue, which still doesn’t feel real. At the same time, I’m expecting things to slow down a bit over the next few months, so I don’t want to get too comfortable with that number. The focus now is shifting slightly toward building out AI agents to automate parts of what I’m doing. That applies to my business and my job. If I can’t fully automate certain things at work, the next best move is to at least digitize parts of the process so they move faster and require less manual effort.

I watched a video from Alex Hormozi where he talked about how important it is to figure out AI right now or risk getting left behind. That stuck with me. For the next couple of months, I’ll probably slow things down slightly on the surface and spend more time building these systems, while still keeping my revenue streams active.

My current schedule has been rough. I’ve been doing 7 pm to 2 am work sessions a few times a week, which is not ideal when I still have to wake up early for my job. Realistically, I get about two solid hours of high-performance work from around 8 pm to 10 pm. After that, it turns into more of a grind. By around 10:30, my energy drops off hard, and everything after that point feels forced.
