Working Through the Chaos

Yesterday felt long, but to be honest, most of it is a blur now since I am so tired. What I do remember is handling some eBay stuff. I made a couple of sales, got those shipped out, and this morning I dropped them at the post office. Funny enough, when I checked again today I saw that I made another sale. On top of that, the buyer who had been giving me a hard time finally decided to return their order, so at least that problem is moving in the right direction.

I also bought some inventory yesterday, but I messed up and put in the wrong address. Luckily, the seller was understanding and fixed it for me. They told me the order would be cancelled and that they would let me know when I could purchase again with the right address. It was a relief knowing that mistake did not turn into a bigger headache.

This morning I got up at 6, worked on my laptop, and sent out those eBay orders. After that I spent some time planning out ways to grow my business. I feel really disorganized right now, so I am trying to use these last few days of the quarter to put a system in place that will actually help me reach my goals. Later I went to my godson’s birthday party. It was nice to see some familiar faces, even though I felt a bit out of it. I am still glad I showed up.

Once I got home I did a few chores and went back to planning. I tried creating a Notion template from scratch with ChatGPT, but it did not go well. Notion definitely feels like it has a steep learning curve. I will keep at it for the next few days to see if it is worth keeping. Now as I get ready for bed, brushing my teeth and winding down, I am still thinking of ways to make my system more efficient. Hopefully, I can figure it out soon.
